Matti Seppänen –
Spring/Summer 2008
Matti Seppänen's design philosophy, emphasising timelessness, is evident in his new spring collection. According to Seppänen, the garments he designs must suit three generations: a son, father and grandfather.
The collection features classic blazers and trousers in graphite-grey wool fabric and in nut-brown and black linen-cotton blend. Silk ties are available in a variety of popular Marimekko designs, including the Silkkikuikka and Kivet vintage patterns.
In khaki corduroy, Matti Seppänen has designed a relaxed blazer with stand-up collar.
Cotton and linen dress shirts as well as premium mercerised cotton knitwear are also included in the collection.
