Harri Koskinen
Harri Koskinen's constructivist patterns, Puhdas and Vahva are continuations of the clean and graphic fabric prints that the designer has created for Marimekko earlier. Both designs function well as fabrics for backdrops and are therefore ideally suited for use in public spaces. The Puhdas pattern is composed of large rounded diamond shapes, while Vahva resembles a log wall and provides an effective contrast to the cold steel and concrete buildings of today.
In the Frekvenssi pattern fundamentally abstract motifs, shapes and lines develop into systems, causes and effects.
