Hennamari Asunta

In Hennamari Asunta’s Umi fabric, an exciting undersea scene unfolds, in which a big fish meets small fish. The pattern delights children and adults alike. An excellent complement to the Umi design is the red, blue or black and white Pilkku; an illusion of a wrinkled symmetrical dotted fabric. The unusually long pattern repeat allows a coincidental movement of the dots. The Nyytti pattern is composed of vibrantly coloured bundles of fabric, bound with strings.
