In 2007, the Marimekko Group employed an average of 405 people, of whom 260 were salaried and 137 non-salaried employees. At the end of the financial year, the Group’s payroll numbered 411. Seventeen people worked abroad. Of the Group’s personnel, 91% were women and 9% were men. The average age of employees was 41.
