Solteq corrects inaccurate statements made in public regarding Arokarhu Oy and other Solteq’s customers.

In 2004, TeksoPro–cash register system was delivered to Arokarhu Oy and a compatibility problem between a bar code reader, acquired by Arokarhu separately, and the system delivered by Solteq was noted. Solteq made a correction immediately after the problem was noted.

Solteq’s TeksoPro–cash register system is widely used by speciality shops. However, no other Solteq’s customer has a similar system and appliance environment to the ones that Arokarhu has.

Other Solteq’s customers named in Kauppalehti today 21.2.2006 such as Marimekko do not use a similar system.
