Faulty item

If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please contact our Customer service by emailing aus.customerservice@marimekko.com and we ask that you kindly attach your order number and a picture of the product in question in your email.

If you have received a wrong product or defective product, we apologise for the inconvenience.  We will include the cost of shipping a new order when we reimburse you. Marimekko strives to transfer the money within thirty (30) days of receiving the product mentioned on the notification of product defects. However, the transfer may take longer depending on the nature of the notification.

We reserve the right to reject a claim if we find that a returned product is not faulty under consumer protection legislation. If your claim is rejected Marimekko may charge the customer for the shipping costs incurred in returning the product to you.
