How long does delivery take?

We ship from Melbourne and use Australia Post on all deliveries. Our current dispatch time is between 2-3 business days from placing your order. Our team are working hard to get all orders out as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Please note that we are unable to refund the delivery cost if a parcel arrives late due to Australia Post delays. 

Please note that the express shipping time frame applies from the date of dispatch. Express post delivery times can differ in each state.

During periods when our website is experiencing dispatch delays, we encourage customers to consider purchasing via our store network (either in person or via phone) for faster dispatch. Members who spend $150 or more are eligible for free shipping from stores.
