The multi-purpose Marimekko trays are made from melamine-coated birch veneer. Our cutting boards are made from melamine-coated high-density fiberboard (HDF).  

Cleaning

We recommend wiping your cutting board clean with a damp cloth or washing it by hand. Please do not soak. All our trays are machine-washable. 

Cutting boards – pot coasters 

Our cutting boards may also be used as pot coasters since they can withstand temperatures of up to 170 degrees Celsius.
