Temporary information during corona virus: FAQ

What do I do when my product return time is about to expire?

Currently, the return time is 90 days for products purchased from the Marimekko store or online. The products must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with the product badges and labels attached. Sale and outlet items are not eligible for return. Online orders can be returned via the usual return process. If you have an instore purchase you would like to return, please contact [email protected]

How can I use my gift card?
You can redeem your gift voucher online at When redeeming your gift card online, enter the voucher number and confirmation code at checkout, and the value of the voucher will be deducted from your order total. If the value of your gift card is higher than the value of your order, you can use the remaining balance for future purchases. Please note some of our older gift cards are not eligible for use online. This will be noted on the back of the card. None of our gift cards expire, regardless of what is on the back of the card, so you will be able to use your gift card with us instore when we can safely serve you again.
