We are extremely grateful to have such an amazing community. Thank you for supporting us through this unusual time of the COVID-19 outbreak and for your kind understanding of our longer-than-usual delivery and response times. Your positivity has been very inspiring for us.

Aligned with local authorities' recommendations, we have decided to reopen our Marimekko stores in Australia gradually, and we look forward to seeing you soon. The safety of our customers and personnel will continue to be paramount when our stores have reopened.

We are taking, among others, the following precautions in our stores:

-We limit the number of customers in our stores to maintain a safe distance between people.

-We clean surfaces frequently. 

-Hand sanitizer is always available in our stores. 

-We recommend using card payments.

What do I do when my product return time is about to expire?

Currently, the return time is 90 days for products purchased from the Marimekko store or online. The products must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with the product badges and labels attached. Sale and outlet items are not eligible for return. Online orders can be returned via the usual return process.

If you purchased an item instore and are unsure whether you can return a product, or your nearest store is not open to receive returns, please contact Customer Service via email at [email protected] or by calling 1300 853 671 between 9am and 12pm weekdays.

How can I use my gift card?

You can redeem your gift voucher online at When redeeming your gift card online, enter the voucher number and confirmation code at checkout, and the value of the voucher will be deducted from your order total. If the value of your gift card is higher than the value of your order, you can use the remaining balance for future purchases. 

Please note some of our older gift cards are not eligible for use online. This will be noted on the back of the card. None of our gift cards expire, regardless of what is on the back of the card, so you will be able to use your gift card with us instore when we can safely serve you again.
