If you have received the wrong product or a defective product, we will include the cost of shipping a new order when we reimburse you. Marimekko strives to transfer the money within thirty (30) days of receiving the product mentioned on the notification of product defects. However, the transfer may take longer depending on the nature of the notification. If a product is returned along with a notification of product defects but the product is not found to be faulty in accordance with consumer protection legislation, Marimekko may reject the claim and charge the customer for the shipping costs incurred in returning the product to the customer.
