Lotta Maija

Lotta Maija is a visual and surface designer from Helsinki who holds a degree from Aalto University, School of Art, Design and Architecture.

Lotta Maija first gained international attention for her distinctive fruit and floral illustrations and signature color palette. Her collection of patterns for Marimekko’s Spring/Summer 2020 introduced designs like Herbaario (herbarium) and Tuulahdus (breeze) and established the lighthearted and sweet style that she is now known for.
