The playful Paini (wrestle) print won an honorable mention in Marimekko's “Design, Meet the User!” competition in 2006. The first prize was awarded to Jenni for her Unessa (asleep) fabric print, and she also received a special award from the Kirsti Paakkanen Foundation for her Ruohikossa (in the grass) print. Besides Paini, two other fabric designs by her won honorable mentions. Jenni's works stood out for their freshness and originality.
