By responding '#yesmarimekko' You agree to the following terms and conditions:
You grant to Marimekko Corporation, its subsidiaries and loose franchise partners (“Marimekko”) a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right and license to use, copy, distribute, publish and modify the content you have posted with the hashtag #yesmarimekko (“Content”) for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes for example on Marimekko’s social media channels, newsletters and websites. Marimekko may use your social media handle in exercising these rights.
You warrant that:
• you are over 18 years of age
• you own all intellectual property rights in and to the Content
• you have a right to grant the above license to Marimekko (including for example permissions from persons appearing in the Content)
