The local value-added tax and applicable duties are included in the product price in all orders to the United Kingdom.
The shipping fee is added to your order once you choose your shipping method. All delivery options in the online store require a valid mobile number. The parcels are stored at all pick-up points for 7 days. After this, uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender.
Soon after your order has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive either an e-mail or text message containing your DHL tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose the delivery option that suits you best. Delivery can be made to the original delivery address, to a DHL Service Point, or DHL Parcel Lockers. It is also possible to change the delivery address (within the same country). Your shipment is delivered climate neutrally with the DHL Express GoGreen service. With GoGreen, logistics-related emissions are offset through various certified climate protection projects around the world.
Marimekko will regain ownership of uncollected orders, and we will refund uncollected orders as soon as possible after the return has been processed. We will send you a refund notification by email. Please note: This does not apply to customized products, such as cut-to-measure fabrics, or gift wrapping costs. For such orders, there is no right of return or cancelation. We will retain the price of the product in conjunction with returns.
