Sanna Annukka

Sanna Annukka is a British-Finnish printmaker and textile designer who graduated from the University of Brighton, UK.

Sanna draws inspiration from her Finnish heritage, nature, and folklore. Her first Marimekko prints, designed in 2008, were based on her favorite tales from the Finnish national epic Kalevala. Among her most recognizable designs for Marimekko are Kanteleen kutsu (the call of the kantele) and Kuunsade (moonburst).
