Exchange

Products purchased via our online store cannot be exchanged directly: you will have to order a new product and return the original. Products can be exchanged at Marimekko stores, if products are available. Product assortments vary between different stores, so please contact the store directly and enquire a possible exchange. Store contact information can be found from store locator.

 

Return

Marimekko online store has 30 days return policy. Unused and undamaged products bearing all original product identifiers and tags can be returned, with the exception of fabrics which have been cut to measure, undergarments and swimwear.

Marimekko offers a free return. The shipping fee will be refunded if all items included in the order are returned.

Please note that when returning from Switzerland, Marimekko will not reimburse any taxes, import customs or fees paid to DHL.

 

Please follow the instructions below if you want to make a return:

Step 1. Fill in the return form in our eComm. In Norway and Switzerland, please contact Marimekko customer service first: customerservice@marimekko.com and include your order number and information of the items you want to return in the message.

Step 2. Include a Delivery Note (received in the original package) into the return package and mark which products you are going to return.

Step 3. Pack the item(s) carefully, use original packaging if possible.

Step 4. Use DHL return label included in your package and attach the label on top of the package. Make sure it covers all original address information.

Step 5. Check the contact information of your local DHL Service Point or schedule courier collection from local DHL website (choose a location (Country) > Schedule a courier pick up > e-Return Shipment).

 

Packaging the products

Pack the products to their original packages. Fold the clothes neatly. Protect all products sufficiently. Use an adequate amount of tape for securing the packages.

 

In Sweden schedule a courier pick up via DHL website or call local DHL Express customer number. Only few DHL service points handle international returns.

Once your return has arrived and processed at Marimekko, refund in the amount of the purchase price will be credited to you and you will be notified by email.

Note about the ”buy four (4), get the least expensive item for free campaigns”: The discount will match the value of the cheapest item and will be shown in your cart. If you wish to return any of the campaign products, the amount of your order will be recalculated using the products you choose to keep. The amount to be refunded does not always correspond to the amount charged for the ordered products. If, after returning a product, the order no longer entitles you to a discount, the value of the discount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
