Exchanges and returns
Products purchased via our online store cannot be exchanged directly. Please order a new product and return the original.
Please note that EQ3 stores cannot process returns of Marimekko products purchased at Marimekko.com.
Marimekko online store has 30 days return policy. Unused and undamaged products bearing all original product identifiers and tags can be returned, except for fabrics, which have been cut to order, undergarments and swimwear.
Refunds for orders paid with Klarna or PayPal cannot be done in a store. All Klarna and PayPal purchases must be returned to Ecomm via mail.
Laundered items are not eligible for return.
Bedding sets are accepted only in their individual undamaged closed zip bags.
Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
Fabric orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions
Please follow the instructions below if you wish to make a return:
Step 1. Fill in the online RETURN FORM - click here.
Step 2. Write the Return Number on the back of your packing slip.
Step 3. Pack the item(s) carefully, use original packaging if possible and enclose the packing slip in the box.
Step 4. Use the FedEx return label included in your package and attach the label on top of the package. Make sure it covers all original address information. Be sure to save proof of shipment, i.e. receipt of dropoff or image of parcel with return label. Marimekko is not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.
If your pre-paid return label is lost or damaged, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy to be emailed to you.
If you prefer to use your own shipping label, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Marimekko is not responsible for fees or lost returns for these shipments. Mail your return to the address below and obtain the tracking number for your records.

Marimekko reserves the right to refuse any return received after the 30-day return period.
Your refund will be processed within ten business days of receipt at our warehouse. Shipping, handling, or other charges will not be refunded. If you use the pre-paid return shipping label included with your order, an $8.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
We will refund the shipping cost if you received the wrong item or if the return results from a manufacturer error. However, Marimekko reserves the right to reject claims of the defective product and deduct the $8.00 shipping and handling fee from your refund if it is not found to be faulty after the quality assurance check.
Fabric orders are cut-to-order and, therefore, are not eligible for return.
