The Päiväkirja (diary) print, featuring spontaneously created imaginary calligraphy, was originally part of a fabric collection entitled ”Signals from the past and the future”. Heikki Orvola’s pattern lives in two ages simultaneously – it conveys messages from bygone days as well as the future.
