inspiring to us.
Aligned with local authorities' safety standards, we will be gradually reopening our Marimekko stores. While we look forward to seeing you, the safety of our customers and personnel will continue to be paramount when our stores have reopened. We are following all federal and state-level instructions and taking, among others, the following precautions in our stores:
·We offer curbside pick-up.
·We limit the number of customers in our stores.
·We clean surfaces frequently.
·Hand sanitizer is always available in our store.
·All product that is tried on will be steamed and placed on hold for 24 hours.

When will my order ship?
Please expect a delay of 4-5 business days on your recent order. Our warehouse is taking additional precautions to protect the safety of the staff at our facility.
How do I return something I purchased in a store?
Unfortunately, in-store purchases cannot be returned online. We have extended our return policy to 90 days, so please wait for the store near you to reopen to make your return. We apologize for the inconvenience.
When will my refund be processed?
If you have recently returned an order you purchased online, please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt for your refund to be processed. We are experiencing significant delays due to staffing restrictions in an effort to promote social distancing in our warehouse facility. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact customer service for additional support.
What do I do when my product return time is about to expire?
We realize you may be unable or feel uncomfortable leaving your home to ship your return. We have temporarily extended our return policy to 90 days for products purchased online or from a Marimekko store. The products must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with the product tags attached. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
