Muunnelma Pikku Ruutu

The Muunnelma shirt dress has a relaxed, straight fit, and it features the Pikku Ruutu pattern. The dress has a pointed collar, a button closure, and side seam pockets. The dress has a yoke seam and pleats in the back, and it comes with a narrow, separate D-ring belt. The cuffed sleeves have pleats, slits, and button closures.

This product is made of a cotton blend, which contains 70% organic cotton and 30% recycled cotton. The recycled fibers originate from a closed loop production, where textile waste generated in the manufacturing of Marimekko’s collections is used as raw material for new Marimekko products.

Checks, along with stripes, have always been an integral part of the world of Marimekko patterns. Annika Rimala, too, designed several distinct check prints, like Pikku ruutu, during her career with Marimekko.
