The Imprint Small Bucket Unikko bag is made of traceable Scandinavian leather and it features the Unikko flower perforation in the front. The bag has a handle strap and a detachable and adjustable shoulder strap. The opening is gathered tight by the leather straps and secured with a stopper. There is a small slip-in pocket on the inside. The inside lining is made of cotton in the Unikko pattern. The Marimekko logo is debossed on the sides and bottom of the bag.
The Imprint bags are manufactured in Abruzzo, Italy, with hand-finished details. The bags’ inner lining is 50% recycled cotton that was printed in Marimekko's printing mill in Helsinki, Finland. The Imprint bag series represents meticulous attention to every detail in the creation of a leather bag, from material sourcing to design and manufacturing.
The Imprint series features a leather manufacturing milestone that we are especially proud of—traceability. At Marimekko, we only accept leather from animals bred for food production, and each piece of leather used in Imprint bags can be traced back to a specific Scandinavian farm.
