    Composed of flower and seed shapes torn from paper by Antti Kekki, the Lennokki (model airplane) pattern was inspired by Marimekko’s characteristic large and bold floral prints. The flowers bloom in celebration of Marimekko’s 70th anniversary, and the seeds represent the growth of bold Marimekko flowers in the years to come.

    The Avaus Lennokki dress is made of heavyweight cotton-linen fabric. The dress is very loose-fitting and has a straight silhouette. There is no zipper. The dress has pockets in the side seams and a zipper in the back seam. The dress is made of 54% cotton and 46% linen.
