Coat
The quilted Taivos padded jacket has a slim, straight fit, and it features the Basso pattern. The cropped jacket has a standing collar and a two-way zipper. The front welt pockets have concealed snap button closures, the sleeve ends have elastic gathers, and the hem has an adjustable elastic gather. There is a chest pocket with a concealed zipper closure on the inside. The embroidered Marimekko logo decorates the front under placket.
The outer fabric and inner lining are made of 100% recycled polyamide and the padding is made of 100% recycled polyester.
Our jackets are cut using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary. Each item is unique.
Stripes have always brought rhythm to Marimekko´s design language. Maija Isola´s 1973 Basso is a bold diagonal stripe pattern born to take center stage.
