Toistuma Pikku Ruutu

The Toistuma button-up shirt has an oversized, straight fit, and it features the Pikku Ruutu pattern. The shirt has a button closure, one chest pocket, and a back yoke seam with pleats. The cuffed sleeves have slits and button closures. The hem has a rounded cut and side slits.

This product is made of a cotton blend, which contains 70% organic cotton and 30% recycled cotton. The recycled fibers originate from a closed loop production, where textile waste generated in the manufacturing of Marimekko’s collections is used as raw material for new Marimekko products.

Checks, along with stripes, have always been an integral part of the world of Marimekko patterns. Annika Rimala, too, designed several distinct check prints, like Pikku ruutu, during her career with Marimekko.
