Järvi Daily Variations

The product is part of Rolf Ekroth for Marimekko, a limited-edition capsule collection that blends contemporary streetwear, Nordic functionality and Marimekko's art of printmaking. Ekroth is one of Finland’s most internationally acclaimed new-generation fashion designers.

The Järvi anorak has a relaxed, straight fit, and it features the Daily Variations pattern. The anorak has drawstrings at the hood and collar, and it has a short metal zipper at the front neckline with a ribbon puller. There is a kangaroo pocket with a snap button flap and list pockets in the front. The raglan sleeves have elastic gathers at the cuffs, and the hemline can be adjusted with an elastic drawstring.

This product is made of 100% recycled polyamide.

Our anoraks are cut using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary slightly. Each item is unique.

Part of Marimekko´s Artist in Residence program, Danish textile artist Vibeke Rohland focuses on removing the superfluous to reveal the essence of form, color and contrast. The Daily variations design delves into the soul of color and stripe by exploring how hues interact, challenge and complement one another. The work captures the shifting moods of a day: its rhythms, sounds and everchanging light.
