Iso Unikko

This fabric placemat features the Iso Unikko pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The edges of the placemat are finished and sewn onto the back side.

This product is made of a firm cotton and linen blend. 24% of the cotton used in this product is recycled.

Unbleached fabrics, as well as fabrics containing recycled fibers, have a natural lively color and surface where small different colored areas may appear. There may be differences between products regarding this feature.

Unikko, symbolizing creativity, was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints.
