Right of cancellation and return
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing it. By submitting a cancellation request via the link on the order confirmation page or through the cancellation button in your customer account, we will cancel the entire order and send you a confirmation by email. The refund will be processed automatically via your selected payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.
If your order has already progressed at our warehouse and the shipment can no longer be stopped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You may then refuse the delivery or return the received items in accordance with our return policy. The refund will be processed once the return has been handled.
Returning products
Marimekko has a 30-day return policy. Unused and undamaged products bearing all original product identifiers and tags can be returned. We are unable to offer returns on cut-to-measure fabrics, products named or otherwise personalized for the customer, or undergarments and swimwear, if the protective sticker has been removed.
We kindly ask you to also return any gift with purchase or promotional item if the conditions for receiving it are no longer met as a result of the return.
With the return method offered by Marimekko, the return is free of charge for you one time. The shipping fee will be refunded if all items included in the order are returned. Marimekko does not refund the gift packaging fee when returning the product.
Return instructions
Step 1. Fill in the online return form in My account. An order placed without logging in will be found from here.
Step 2. Include the Delivery Note (received in the original package) in the return package and mark which products you are returning.
Step 3. Pack the item(s) carefully. If possible, use the original packaging; fold any clothes neatly. Make sure to sufficiently protect all products. Please use a moderate amount of tape to secure the packages.
Step 4. Return the item using the delivery method you originally chose:
Returning a UPS delivery
Use the UPS return label included in your package and attach it on top of the package. Make sure it covers all original address information.
You can easily drop off your return at a UPS Access Point. Find the nearest Access Point at ups.com via the 'Find Closest UPS Location' button in the top left corner. Or schedule a pickup online at this link. Fill in the form and select a pickup time. Use the UPS tracking number from your return label - it starts with '1Z'. Using this code makes the return free of charge.
