Returns

The Marimekko online store has a 30-day return policy. Unused and undamaged products bearing all original product identifiers and tags can be returned. We are unable to offer returns on cut-to-measure fabrics, products named or otherwise personalized for the customer, or undergarments and swimwear, if the protective sticker has been removed.


With the return method offered by Marimekko, the return is free of charge for you one time. The shipping fee will be refunded if all items included in the order are returned. Marimekko does not refund the gift packaging fee when returning the product. Please note that Marimekko will not reimburse any taxes, import customs, or fees paid to DHL when returning from Switzerland.

Step 1. Fill in the online return form in My account. An order placed without logging in will be found from here.
Step 2. Include the Delivery Note (received in the original package) in the return package and mark which products you are returning.
Step 3. Pack the item(s) carefully. If possible, use the original packaging; fold any clothes neatly. Make sure to sufficiently protect all products. Please use a moderate amount of tape to secure the packages.

Returning a DHL delivery

Use the DHL return label included in your package and attach it on top of the package. Make sure it covers all original address information.

You can easily drop your return off at a DHL service point or schedule a pickup. Find the nearest DHL Service Point with http://locator.dhl.com. By entering your location, it will return the closest DHL branded Service Points. Or you can schedule a pickup online, using the return waybill https://mydhl.express.dhl/. Select Location, Schedule a Pickup (I already have a shipping label attached to my package) and enter the Return Waybill Number.

Returning a UPS delivery

Use the UPS return label included in your package and attach it on top of the package. Make sure it covers all original address information.

You can easily drop off your return at a UPS Access Point. To find the nearest UPS Access Point, visit ups.com. Click 'Find Closest UPS Location' in the top left corner of the page. To schedule a pickup, go to Shipping: Schedule a Collection. Fill in the form and select a pickup time. Use the UPS tracking number from your return label - it starts with '1Z'. Using this code makes the return free of charge. Always ensure you're on the correct country site in ups.com (top right corner).
