The shipping fee is added to your order once you choose your shipping method. All delivery options in the online store require a valid email address and mobile phone number. The parcels are stored at all pick-up points for 5-7 days. After this, uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender.
After your order has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can select the delivery option that suits you best. Delivery can be made to the original address or to a UPS Access Point.
For a smooth delivery, log in to ups.com and add any necessary access details (e.g., door code) in My Choice. You can update your address and instructions under My Profile > Add Address. To receive SMS delivery alerts, go to Manage Home Preferences and enable Delivery Alerts.
Marimekko will regain ownership of uncollected orders, and we will refund uncollected orders as soon as possible after the return has been processed. We will send you a refund notification by email. Please note: This does not apply to customized products, such as cut-to-measure fabrics, or gift wrapping costs. For such orders, there is no right of return or cancelation. We will retain the price of the product in conjunction with returns.
