Return policy

At Marimekko, we are happy to offer you a refund or credit note for change of mind on most full price products within 21 days of purchase.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, products returned for change of mind within the above time frame can be returned for a refund or credit note subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned product(s).
  • The product(s) are unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original product packaging with all tags intact.

Marimekko reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.

The following exceptions apply to our change of mind policy. Please review our returns policy before initiating your return.

Fabric: All fabrics are final sale as they are cut to measure.

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Items on temporary promotion: Full priced items discounted via temporary promotions are eligible for a refund and are not classified as sale items. Please note that we are unable to honour any discounts outside of the promotional period. Please view our sizing guide which is available on each product page under 'find my size'.

Mid-season and End-of-year sale: All sale items (excluding fabrics) can be returned for a credit note within 21 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Mid-season and End-of-year sale items are not eligible to receive a refund unless faulty. We recommend using registered post to return your sale item(s).

Outlet Items: Outlet items are not eligible for return unless the item is deemed faulty. Outlet items are products that have been marked down to clear and will be marked as ‘Final Sale’ online. By purchasing an outlet item, you agree that the item cannot be returned. All styles sold in our online outlet sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

Exchanges

Our online store is unable to facilitate exchanges. We kindly ask that you take care in selecting your size, and use our size guide for reference. We recommend returning your product, and then re-purchasing once your refund has been processed.

Returns

A $15.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
