Korsi

This panama cotton cushion cover features the Korsi pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The cover has a concealed zipper on one side.

Our cushion covers are cut using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary. Each item is unique. Pillow cover is 20 in x 20 in.

Stripes have always been an integral part of the Marimekko pattern world. The Korsi (straw) print, created by Fujiwo Ishimoto, draws inspiration from Finnish nature. Linework and various stripe variations are characteristic of Fujiwo’s design—much like seemingly simple yet cleverly crafted patterns in general.
