Raide

This hand towel features the Raide pattern.

The towel is made of cotton terry, which contains 67% organic cotton and 33% recycled cotton. The recycled fibers originate from a closed loop production, where textile waste generated in the manufacturing of Marimekko’s collections is used as raw material for new Marimekko products.

Stripes have always been an integral part of the world of Marimekko patterns. The vivid freehand Raide (railroad track) is one of the innumerable Marimekko stripes created by Annika Rimala.
