Vihkiruusu

This collectible ornament features the Vihkiruusu pattern. The ornament has the Marimekko stamp with the year of production on the bottom.

The collectible ornament is made of ceramic with a light yellow glaze.

The product is packed in the Marimekko gift box.

Vihkiruusu was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints. The iconic Unikko was one of the designs in that range along with Vihkiruusu.
