Can I combine two orders that I have placed?
No. Each order is processed individually.
Is it possible for my order to be canceled after I have received an order confirmation?
We do everything we can to deliver all confirmed orders. On rare occasions, many customers place the same order at the same time, which creates the possibility of stocks running out while appearing available in the shop. We will send you a shipment notice by email to confirm the products that will be delivered. Also, if your entire order is canceled, our customer service team will notify you by email.
The product I added to my cart had expired by the time I proceeded to the checkout. Why has this happenned?
Only upon payment is an item reserved for you. Sometimes another customer may have purchased the last item and proceed to checkout before you.
I wish to change the delivery address for the order. What should I do?
Our team works quickly to prepare and send your order, if you have already received a delivery confirmation, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you have still not received a delivery confirmation, contact Customer service who may be able to update the delivery adress for you if your order has not been shipped.
Can I order products for a company, for example, as business gifts?
Yes. The easiest way is to use a company credit card as payment. If you have any further questions please contact customer service.
Can products be ordered as gifts?
You can send products as gifts by entering the gift recipient's address as the shipping address, and your own address at the payment stage. Please note we are not able to gift wrap items or add personal messages, so it is best you let the gift receipient know to exepect the parcel.
I’ve placed an order for someone else. How will they be informed about the delivery?
If the recipients email is listed on the order the shipping provider will inform your recipient. However, just to avoid any confusion, we recommend that you also notify the recipient of their upcoming delivery.
How can I determine my size? You can find a link to our size chart on each product page. Additionally, we have a size recommendation tool to help you choose the correct clothing size for you. The tool uses the information you provide as well as our size chart and combining that information to what similar shoppers have bought, provides you recommendations that aim to be as accurate as possible. The tool is provided by Fit Analytics. The tool is based on cookies and in order for it to work you must accept the cookies we use. You do not need to use this optional tool to complete your purchase. Fit Analytics stores the information provided, such as body measures, in their system, and you can edit or delete the provided measures in the tool settings.
