Skirt
The Simpsakka skirt has a slim, straight fit, and it features the Hennika pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The skirt has a concealed zipper in the central back seam and a long hem slit in the back. The darts in the back waistline give the skirt a snug fit.
This product is made from unbleached cotton twill. Unbleached fabrics have a natural lively color and surface where small different colored areas may appear. There may be differences between products regarding this feature.
Hennika is an energetic, fresh, and at the same time quiet striped pattern formed of large color surfaces. Prints designed by Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi, who worked at Marimekko from 1953 to 1960, represent timeless Marimekko design at its core.
