Refund policy
Usually, the refund is processed within ten business days after delivery at our warehouse.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
The cost of outbound shipping is nonrefundable. If you use the provided pre-paid return shipping label included with your order, a $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you believe you received a faulty product or the product was damaged in transit, please email us a description of the issue and images of the defects: usa.customerservice@marimekko.com
Undelivered or missing orders policy
We want every Marimekko order to arrive safely and bring joy as intended. If something doesn’t feel right with your delivery, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help.
If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. This allows us to work with our shipping partners while delivery details are still available.
Claims related to undelivered or missing orders must be reported within this 30‑day period. After this time, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds, replacements, or store credit, as carriers are no longer able to investigate deliveries beyond this window.
