How can I contact Marimekko during the pandemic?

The best way to reach Marimekko customer service for online orders inquiries  while we practice social distancing and remote operations is by email. Please email usa.customerservice@marimekko.com. For questions related to products and the retail stores, you may contact the store directly. You can review the hours of operation and phone numbers on Marimekko's website here for each stores.

When will my refund be processed?

If you have recently returned an an order you purchased online, please allow 2-3 weeks from date of delivery to our warehouse for your refund to be processed. Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Fabric orders and products discounted by 40% or more are final sale.

My 30-day return time is about to expire. What do I do?

We realize you may be unable or feel uncomfortable leaving your home to ship your return. Contact customer service at usa.customerservice@marimekko.com if you think you will be unable to return your onlin order within 30 days of receipt. Please remember that the products must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with the product tags attached. 

Can I return my purchase from a retail store to the online shop?

Unfortunately, at thist time, it is not possible to return store purchases to the online shop. Please take your purchase from a Marimekko retail store to the store nearest you. You can review the hours of operation on Marimekko's website here for each stores.

A product in my order was broken when I received it. What should I do?

Send your order number and a photograph of the product that was broken in the delivery to us at usa.customerservice@marimekko.com and we will mail you a new product. If a similar product is no longer available, we will refund you in accordance with your payment method.

How can I return goods I have ordered?

I would like to exchange the product I bought for another one – what should I do?

If you wish to exchange the product using the online store, you will have to return the original product as instructed and place a new order online.

The product I added to my cart had expired by the time I proceeded to checkout. How can this happen?

The item is reserved for you only upon payment. Sometimes another customer may purchase the last item and proceed to checkout before you have done so.

What are fabrics sold by the repeat?

Some of our fabrics are sold by the repeat rather than by the meter. This means that the unit of measurement is the length of one entire repeated pattern. Read more under Buying Marimekko fabrics. Check the product page of the individual fabric to see whether it is sold by the meter or by the repeat.

Can Marimekko fabrics be used to make respiratory protective equipment?

For safety reasons, we do not recommend using our fabrics as respiratory protective equipment or other face mask products. Marimekko fabrics available for purchase are meant for interior design and they have not been manufactured or tested to be used as respiratory protective equipment or similar facial protection products.
