Exchange

Starting from November 4th, Christmas gifts purchased can be returned until January 5th. The usual return policies apply otherwise. If you exchange or return a gift in Marimekko store, the online order confirmation will serve as your receipt.

Exchanges are not possible in our online store. You must return the product and place a new order for the product you want.

You can exchange the product within 30 days in a Marimekko store that accepts online purchase returns in Finland. The online store's dispatch note serves as a receipt in the store. When exchanging products, the store will not refund the price difference in cash to the customer. You can find the contact details of the stores in the Store Locator. The right to exchange does not apply to gift cards, cut-to-measure fabrics, labeled or otherwise personalized products.
