Refund policy
We will refund the returned items according to your payment method as soon as possible after we have received and processed your return at our central warehouse. This also applies to returns to stores. You will be notified of the refund by e-mail. The payment will always be refunded to the original payment method. If the returned item was paid for using both a gift card and another payment method, such as a debit card, the refund will be applied first to the original payment method — in this case, the debit card. Any remaining amount will be refunded to a gift card, which will be delivered to you as a digital gift card via email.
In the Buy three (3) for the price of two (2) campaign, you get the cheapest item for free. If you wish to return some of the campaign items, the final amount of your order will be recalculated based on the value of the items you are keeping. The refund amount does not always match the price of the products you ordered. If, after returning the product, the order no longer qualifies for a discount, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
