Right of cancellation and return
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing it. By submitting a cancellation request via the link on the order confirmation page or through the cancellation button in your customer account, we will cancel the entire order and send you a confirmation by email. The refund will be processed automatically via your selected payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.
If your order has already progressed at our warehouse and the shipment can no longer be stopped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You may then refuse the delivery or return the received items in accordance with our return policy. The refund will be processed once the return has been handled.
Returning products
Marimekko has a 30-day return policy. The products must be in their original package, unused and undamaged, with product identification and labels in place. For swimwear, the hygiene strip must also be in place. The right of return does not apply to cut-to-measure fabrics, labeled or otherwise personalized products.
Any gift with purchase or promotional item must also be returned if the conditions for receiving it are no longer met as a result of the return. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct 40 euros from the total value of the return.
With the return method offered by Marimekko, the return is free of charge for you one time. If you return all the items in your order, we will also refund the delivery costs of your order. We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping. Pack the products in the original packaging. Fold the textiles neatly and protect all products to make sure they stay clean and undamaged during transport. Seal the packages with a moderate amount of tape.
Return instructions
Step 1. Fill in the online return form in My account. An order placed without logging in will be found from here.
Step 2. Mark the items you wish to return on the dispatch list you received with the parcel and attach the list to your return.
Step 3. You can return the products to a Marimekko store that accepts returns. See the list of applicable stores. Products returned to the store do not need to be packed.
Step 4. You can also return the products using the delivery method you chose for the original delivery. If you chose store pickup, you can also make a return via Posti. Pack the items to be mailed carefully in their original packaging.
Returning a Posti delivery
Attach the return label that came with the parcel to the top of the parcel so that it covers the original address information. Take the parcel to a Posti outlet and make sure you get a receipt for the return. You can also return your parcel via the Parcel Locker: first, go to Posti's Return a parcel page and activate the Marimekko Item ID, which you find on the return label, in the Return address label field. You can't return the parcel by putting it in the outbound letter box.
Returning a Budbee delivery
No return label will be used for returns. Activate your return using the link you received from Budbee by SMS or the Budbee app. The return method is selected according to the delivery method. Go to your order info and click the “Book return” button. Select the locker where you want to leave your parcel for return pick-up. After confirmation, you have 1h to go to the locker, open it using the PIN you received and leave the parcel there. If you can't make the return within one hour, you can book the return again.
