Online exchange
Our online store is unable to facilitate exchanges. Exchanges are only available in our retail stores.
In-Store exchange for online orders
Online orders may be exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase (or 14 days for sale items), excluding outlet products and cut to measure fabric.
To complete an exchange in-store, you must present a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email (packing slips are not accepted).
Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value only. Marimekko stores are unable to provide refunds or credit notes for online purchases.
Items exchanged in-store cannot be returned via our online returns process.
If you wish to exchange in-store, please do not lodge your return through the Online Returns Portal - simply visit your nearest Marimekko store within the eligible timeframe.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team and return the item via our online store. Faulty items cannot be processed in-store.
