Do I have to register to place orders online?

No. You can shop without registering or signing in. Please note, however, that some of our benefits are only available to registered users, including free standard shipping on orders over $150.


I have registered to be apart of the Marimekko community. How can I update my contact details?

You can always change your password and update your contact details when logged in to your account. To update your details go to 'My account' whilst logged into your Marimekko account.

I have tried to register for a Marimekko account but I recieve the error message my email is already registered and I am unable to update the password. How should I proceed?

If you online Marimekko account has not been used in some time, your account may need to be re-activated to sign in. Please email aus.customerservice@marimekko.com for assistance
